Let me just start by saying what an odd idea... I walked in craving an iced coffee after a hot day walking around the boardwalk and lo and behold, I walk into a real estate office in the back? An interesting idea and they sure do have a prime spot for it. But whatever, a comfy chair and a cold coffee later, I was more than comfortable to sit and read my book while ignoring the agent on the laptop across from me. Overall, the service is great and the workers polite, even giving me a little bit extra in my cup when I went overboard with the sugar (as I tend to do)

It's a real estate office that sells coffee to get you in the door. Honestly, it's a gimmick. The coffee isn't that great for starters, and the ambiance with all the sale signs, listed up houses on the wall is really just tacky and distracting. Art work on the walls, this is not folks. The place has zero character, and to top it off the coffee isn't even that great. This place will revert to something else or in 2 years will be gone I am sure. Just call it.. the Real Estate Office on the beach.

Our new go-to-coffee place when in Rehoboth! Five or six choices of hot, self-serve coffees at a reasonable price. Perfect. We don't do "fancy" coffee drinks but their menu on the wall lists a lot of them. They're owned by the same people as The Point bake shop so you can get the same pastries that are sold at The Point.

I would suggest stopping in for a coffee to see this crazy space. This is more of a real estate office than a coffee shop. There's an actual real estate desk in the back and the walls are covered with model home floor plans. Its the same stuff as the The Pointe bakery over on route 1 and the prices are just as high and baked goods just a mediocre. Come for a cup of Joe, leave with a piece of property and a mortgage. Check out the ceiling on way out.

The coffee house is just ok. it is a real estate company selling coffee in front. It's a good idea; I just would prefer better coffee. The service was slow but the staff were courteous. I was there for a cup of coffee. They were out of house blend, had half a cup of columbian and I had to mix the other half of another roast to get a full cup. We also got an iced caramel latte which was good, and we also got an almond biscotti which was excellent. Overall not the best experience - we are going to try the coffee shop down the street tomorrow.

Nice environment, though odd. They sell coffee, and new homes lol. Seating wasn't exactly ideal, but the coffee was quite good. It was, however, very high priced. Who charges 4.25 for a small latte? Also, I'm not crazy about the idea: buy a cup of coffee, consider buying one of our new homes. As if buying coffee and purchasing real estate are even in the same vein! Odd concept. May go back, may not. Was nice to try it anyway.
